1. What is Healthient’s policy on dividends?

Healthient does not pay a dividend on stock, and does not foresee doing so in the immediate future. Accordingly, Healthient does not offer a DRIP (Dividend Reinvestment Program).

2. I'm not sure how many shares I own after Healthient's last stock split. What do I do?

If your stock is in certificate form, contact our transfer agent, Integrity Stock Transfer. They will check your records and make any necessary adjustments. If your stock is held in a brokerage account, contact your broker.

Our transfer agent, Integrity Stock Transfer, will perform any necessary replacements. A fee is associated with this service.

6. I've moved. How do I notify Healthient of my new address?

Stockholder address changes must be submitted in writing and sent to Healthient Investor Relations through U.S. Mail. Please include both your new and old addresses. If your stock is held in joint tenancy, each stockholder must sign the request.
